My stay at the hotel was marked by unfortunate pricing surprises and service issues that left a bad taste. While the room was spacious with beautiful views, the lack of amenities and poor staff interactions overshadowed the experience. Dining options were limited and expensive, and the self-parking was inconveniently located. It feels like the hotel is more focused on capturing extra costs than providing value for money.
Mandalay Bay offers a lively environment with fantastic entertainment options and a great pool scene. The amenities and dining experiences were generally enjoyable, although I experienced some issues with the room and service at the beach club. Overall, while the vibe is electric, there are areas that need improvement to make the stay truly perfect.
